After trying  many construcción companies and and having terrible results,  finally I found  a great construcción  company MURILLO CONSTRUCCIÓN HOMES LLC.
They level my floors Foundation, new flooring, custom trim. Good team work. They gave me great ideas on how  to make my house  More elegante and attractive. My house got on fire and totally new reconstruction was need it.
I hired Murillo Construction Homes  LLC to do my house reconstruction. They did total home transformation. The house is amazing now. This company shows professionalism from the start to the end of the project. Good communication, quality of work at the highest level and quick turnaround. Started strong, but ended unresponsive and unprofessional. Contracted Murillo Construction (was mainly in contact with the owner) to repair storm damage to my home. They had to come out multiple times to address a window leak but seemingly fixed it. Now the bigger job, replacing a porch ceiling - it went okay. Ceiling looks better, not exactly as before damages, but decent. Slower completion than expected due to 1) unanticipated rotting wood issues, 2) contractor initially purchasing the wrong materials, then 3) availability of their painter. Initially, the owner seemed honest and was willing to work with me on price given the unforeseen issues; however, they faltered on quality/cleanliness of work and did not follow through on all commitments. Customer service is huge for me and can offset quality issues if value is exceptional. Nonetheless, I expect companies to be responsive and honor commitments they’ve made before and after money has exchanged hands - that unfortunately has not been the case.

I tried to address things with the owner off-site; however, after dealing with unresponsiveness for over a week now, I’m just going to wash my hands and leave the honest review for which I was pestered. This is why I do not leave reviews until ALL items are closed out. I suggests businesses to not ask for reviews until they know they have closed all items and/or know they have satisfied the customer…

So the issues I’ve had:

- Messy job execution resulted in chipped/broke wood on the door frame as well as dirt and stripped paint around the porch and door frame (No protection from demolishing the ceiling). Ceiling looks good but I think it could use another coat of paint/more touch ups. See pictures.

- had to taxi his painter and some other employee to two locations after the job was done because they did not properly organize transportation

- equipment sat on porch for multiple days after the job was complete

- The owner committed to sending a detailed line item invoice/estimate for insurance and potential case; however, he has not sent despite saying it will be sent by end of day on multiple occasions. This has held me from being able to receive reimbursement or move forward with potential case.

Overall, the owner and team were personable and seemed cool to work. I really did look forward to using them on future projects but things ended unsatisfactorily on the owner’s inaction.
